AGC NWFL Section is part of Alabama AGC established in 1920 as an organization of qualified construction contractors and industry related companies dedicated to Skill, Integrity, and Responsibility.
The Association provides broad influence and a full range of services satisfying the needs and concerns of its members, partners and the industry, thereby improving the quality of construction and protecting the public interest.
Alabama AGC members consist of some of the most successful and highly respected construction related firms in the area. They are small and large, general, specialty and sub contractors, insurance, bonding, financial services, consulting and suppliers, located throughout the state of Alabama and the Northwestern Panhandle of Florida. Members are active in public and private markets and are of all labor relation types. Alabama AGC membership has one thing in common: QUALITY.
Our Members Include
A General Contractor member is defined as any individual or business entity that contracts to perform construction work in its entirety and which executes such work in whole or in part with its own construction forces. Associate member firms include companies representing all construction trades that perform work to the prime contractor or as trade contractors directly to the owner; suppliers of materials, equipment or other products, or professional or other services, to the construction industry. Young Constructors Forum
Alabama AGC offers a program for the younger professional and managerial level members which provides activities and programs designed for – but not limited to younger professionals. YCF functions as a venue for young professionals to network, socialize and exchange ideas about work and the industry. Professional development and leadership are high priorities for those involved.
