Project Description: CULVERT REPAIRS
Plans and contract documents may be inspected and obtained from the office of Neel-Schaffer, Inc., 851 East I-65 Service Road South, Suite 1000, Mobile, Alabama 36606 upon payment of fifty dollars ($50.00). This deposit shall be refunded in full to each prime Contractor Bidder upon return of the documents in reusable condition within ten (10) days after Bid Opening.
