Congratulations to AGC Member Hargrove Engineers + Constructors
on celebrating 25 Exceptional Years in business!
On November 24, 1995, Ralph A. Hargrove founded Hargrove Engineers + Constructors in Mobile, Alabama. From day one, they have focused on relationships – both with their clients and their Teammates. Hargrove’s culture, vision, and success have each stemmed from the relationships they have built, which makes their milestone 25th year especially meaningful. In 25 years, the Hargrove Team has executed over 20,000 projects at 1,400 different sites – totaling over 23 million manhours. They have been recognized by Inc. 5000 for 13 years in a row as one of the fastest growing engineering firms in the United States. They have expanded to 15 domestic offices and one international office, with over 2,000 Teammates, and projects ranging from single-discipline support to managing major EPC efforts. In their family of companies, Hargrove has also launched Hargrove Life Sciences, Hargrove Controls + Automation, and Tormod, a startup, operations, procedure writing, and industrial hygiene arm focused on operations readiness.
Hargrove has served on international project teams on billion-dollar projects and has remained dedicated to helping their clients develop and implement best practices. Hargrove Teammates’ drive for mutual and sustained success for their clients has had an immeasurable impact on the economy and the manufacturing, industrial process, and energy generation industries. Most importantly, each individual’s contributions and “One Team” ownership has enriched their Teammates’ families and communities! The Hargrove Foundation, the charitable arm of the Hargrove enterprise, has donated over $2.7MM to many charitable causes throughout the country since inception in 2011.
A proud member of AGC, Hargrove Engineers + Constructors is a full-service EPC and controls + automation project execution firm. They serve their clients with project management, multi-discipline engineering, procurement, construction management, system integration, startup support, and operations, as well as providing site-based and remote teams. Hargrove is ranked nationally as one of the top firms serving the refining, pulp + paper, pharmaceutical, aerospace, power and chemicals by Engineering News Record (ENR) Sourcebook, has been recognized among the System Integrator Giants by Control Engineering, and as System Integrator of the Year by CSIA.
