Mobile Section also recognized the recipient of our 2023 Scholarship to the “Outstanding Civil Engineering Student” at the University of South Alabama – Clay Gollott,
a Senior Civil Engineering Student who will graduate in December. Clay also serves as President of our Student Chapter at South.
