Alabama AGC is proud to support and recognize the chapter’s most innovative projects and talented contractors, as well as the excellent partnering and charitable efforts of the Alabama AGC chapter. Important dates are listed below.
Submissions of Projects will open
October 1, 2023 – online: www.alagc.org
The final submission deadline for project entries is 11:59 p.m. CT, Thursday January 11, 2024
Winners will be notified by March 4, 2024

Award winners will be honored April 25, 2024, at Alabama AGC’s BUILDSouth Dinner at The Club in Birmingham Alabama. All applicants will be notified as to the status of their application(s) in March 2024.
REQUIREMENTS
Submissions of Projects open on October 1, 2023
BUILDSouth submissions are due on January 11, 2024.
Award winners will be notified by March 4, 2024.
Awards Dinner will be at The Club April 25, 2024.
The Criteria for BUILDSouth awards should cover all the below items
· state-of-the-art advancement
· project management
· innovation in construction techniques or materials
· safety record
· client service
· community relations
· environmental sensitivity
· partnering excellence |
