AlabamaAGC’s Mobile Section Board and Construction Leadership Council (CLC) hosted their Annual Board Meeting and Installation of
Officers and Directors at the Country Club of Mobile during lunch on January 14, 2021.
Although 2020 was challenging amid the uncertainty and chaos of the Pandemic, 2 local Hurricanes, and a presidential election, AlabamaAGC celebrated 100 Years of service to the construction industry. During those 100 YEARS, AGC has always pushed towards bigger, better, and more meaningful ways to build and build up the communities we serve. Throughout AGC’s history, our greatest mission HAS BEEN: to build, to grow, and to LEAD FOR TOMORROW. With a proud history to guide us, our local leadership is helping us reach even further during 2021 towards a positive future as we BUILD A BETTER TOMORROW.
Although many of our large Mobile Section events had to be postponed or cancelled during 2020, we still had tremendous member support. AGC Staff is in the process of planning events and meetings for 2021, but as we enter another year of unknowns, we ask all members to stay active, stay involved, and stay engaged to help us ensure the construction industry continues to be deemed “essential” to help rebuild our economy.
